Cancellations

• Bookings must be cancelled at least 1 day in advance of your arrival date, latest will be 10.00am day prior.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accommodation will be charged.

For online bookings:
If you need to cancel an online booking please follow these instructions:

- For Booking.com bookings just follow the cancellation link sent to your email address by Booking.com.
- For Laterooms.com Cancellations and amendments: +44 (0) 844 774 2004

All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation by email.
